Shipping & Returns
Shipping on Bridesmaid Dresses:
Once your order gets approved, it will go into production. The production time is up to 12 weeks for standard delivery. When the dress is completed it will ship out from our warehouse. Shipping will take up to 2-4 business days within the continental US. International orders may deliver after expected delivery date due to customs. You will receive a tracking number when your order has shipped.
Once your order ships, we are unable to change your delivery address. Kennedy Blue is not responsible for any lost, damaged, or stolen packages.
Home Try On Orders:
All Home Try-On orders will ship out within 24 business hours. It takes 2-4 business days for delivery. Your order will come with a prepaid shipping label to use to send the dresses back to us. If you have any further questions about our Home Try-On program, check out our FAQ page.
Home Try-On orders cannot be shipped internationally. If an international address is provided, the order will be declined.
Shipping Responsibility:
Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable. This includes all orders returned and exchanged with Kennedy Blue. No credit is given for lost packages being returned to Kennedy Blue. Non-returnable merchandise sent back to us will not be returned, and no exchange or credit will be issued
Expedited Shipping:
We do not offer expedited shipping. We want to make sure that the process is not rushed so you receive the best quality dress at a low price! If our current ship dates do not work with your timeline, check out our In-Stock dresses to see what options we have for immediate shipping.
Returns & Exchanges:
We do not provide a return shipping label for returned and exchanged dresses.
Promotions:
We occasionally runs promotions on shipping. These promotions are only valid for order being shipped within the continental U.S.
Exchange Policy
Unlike most companies, we offer an exchange program on your bridesmaid dress! Exchanges are eligible for a full refund as long as the dress is in its original condition and a second dress has been purchased. Kennedy Blue does not provide a return shipping label. To process an exchange, please fill out the form below.
In-Stock dresses are not eligible for an exchange.
Return Policy
Made-to-Order Bridesmaid Dresses:
We offer an 80% refund on our made-to-order bridesmaid dresses. All returns must be in original condition and made within 14 days of receiving your order. Selby Rae does not provide a return shipping label. If you would like to process a return, please fill out the form below.
